At Meadow & Muse, every order is packed with care and intention, and we aim to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition and in a timely manner.

UK ORDERS

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days via standard Royal Mail. Once shipped, parcels typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are also dispatched within 1–2 business days and are sent via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service. Delivery times vary by location but usually arrive within 16–21 business days.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Once marked as delivered by the postal service, Meadow & Muse cannot be held responsible for any missing or lost items.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

 

We hope you love your order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Kindly keep the damaged item and include a photo of the issue when you reach out — this helps us find the best way to make things right.

Where possible, we’ll offer a replacement. If a replacement isn’t available, a full refund will be issued. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 21 days of purchase.

Please note that returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Refunds of delivery charges are only issued if the item is confirmed as faulty.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be completed.

DIGITAL DOWLOADS

Due to the nature of digital products, all downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we're always here to help.
