2. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. Your order becomes final once we dispatch it and send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason (such as an item being out of stock or a payment issue), we’ll be in touch right away.
We may need to decline an order in the following situations:

You do not meet any purchasing conditions listed on our website
3. Pricing
All prices on our site are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Any shipping or packaging costs will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Cancellations & Returns
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@meadowandmuse.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to stop it and issue a full refund.
Returns:
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you're welcome to return your item within 21 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned at your expense. Once we receive the item in good condition, we’ll issue a full refund or exchange.
Damaged or faulty items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on availability.
Digital downloads:
Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help.
10. Accuracy & Availability
We aim to keep all product information on our website as accurate and up-to-date as possible. Occasionally, items may be sold out or updated without notice. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee that all content is entirely error-free or current at all times.

We take great care with everything we create, pack, and send. However, we cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential losses related to use of the website or delays in delivery due to postal or third-party courier services.
